Referral Increase & Control Program
Available to New and Existing Clinics
This program establishes the confidence and skill needed to develop long-term, professional relationships with referral sources of all types, thus creating a broad, stable referral base. It is a full, implementable system from referral to intake, scheduling control, quality assurance, discharge, internal referrals and other management strategies and referral tools.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in four days on a One-on-one training basis with follow-up of four months of weekly calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: A Client with a demonstrated ability to form and improve referral relationships, and who has gotten a full return on his/her investment by fully implementing this program.
Effective Reimbursement Program
This program, system and training “puts to bed” the problem of cash-flow from insurance companies, enabling you to collect your money faster and obtain the funds you’re owed.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in three days on a one-on-one basis with follow-up of one month of weekly calls and three months of bi-weekly calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: A Client who has a demonstrated ability to control and generate income/reimbursements and who can get a full return on his/her investment as a result of this module being fully implemented.
This program enables the owner and their key staff to fully plan and implement effective organizational steps and actions, which creates an overall team atmosphere as well as high, efficient new levels of productivity.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in five days, on a one-on-one basis with follow-up of seven months of weekly calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: A Client with the demonstrated ability to:
- Do overall planning for the organization and how to make this planning become an actuality.
- Better manage staff toward improved efficiency & productivity.
- Understand and use the basics of statistical management, i.e. objective management.
- Get a full return on his/her investment if he/she devotes the necessary time and effort and applies the administrative technology learned in this module exactly.
Financial Control Program
This program will enable you to have full control of your finances and to know what it takes in terms of promotion, marketing, sales and delivery to reach your projected financial goals. You will work these components until you have perfect control:
- Establish your current financial scene by looking at all important financial indexes and their history in your practice.
- Establish your break even point, where you are making money and where you are not.
- Establish the connection between production and finance for each position in your practice.
- Working out from your goals back to promotion, marketing, sales and delivery necessary to achieve them.
- How to run the finances of your practice and what to delegate to your staff.
- How to run financial meetings.
- How to build reserves.

FINAL PRODUCT: A Client with the demonstrated ability to control and properly manage expenses, finances & budgeting.
Strategic Planning Program
This program is the first part of the Management Program and if done separate will be credited towards that program. It establishes the overall strategic plan of the owner for their practice(s), purposes, clinic policy and an exact plan to achieve your goals. It also implements an “Organizing Board” showing all of your staff, their functions and creates a smooth-running clinic. This program is used to create stability for the owner as well as the practice itself with a fully laid out map to achieve your dreams for your practice.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in three days on a one-on-one basis with follow-up of two months of weekly calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: An owner with a fully planned out organization and future who knows how to do planning themselves from here on out and how to get this properly disseminated to their team.
Hiring and Retention Program
If you are in a situation that you need to expand in terms of employees, but cannot find the right people to operate your business, or you cannot make the “keepers” stay, then this program will help you. It has the purpose of putting you in control of hiring and retention of high quality employees who really produce. It does so through:
- Establishing the correct promotional actions, channels and pools.
- Establishing the hiring department within your practice.
- Creating effective interview methods.
- Getting the prospects to work for you.
- How to train and keep your personnel.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in four days as a group training with follow-up of four months of calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: Trained and effective staff operating a Hiring and Retention program who know how to, and have demonstrated results in the entire hiring process and staff retention and with the system can build the staff as needed.
Public Relations and Marketing Program
This is a very comprehensive, external public relations and marketing program which greatly increases your community presence, practice branding and overall service message directly to the broad public, as well as advanced strategies for referral sources.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in five days on a group basis with follow-up of six months of weekly calls with your consultant.
FINAL PRODUCT: A client with the demonstrated ability to properly carry out PR & Marketing of their practice, thus increasing the new patient flow and referrals and receiving full return of his/her investment by fully implementing the program.
Establishment Manager Program
The situation with many clinics is that they implement our systems but due to expansion, there needs to be someone trained on how to keep the technology in place and correct it if it falls out. If not, owners have to train staff, and the money lost based on this and much more is tremendous.
The position the client is missing in their practice is the Establishment Manager. This program establishes one of your employees on how to hold this position in your practice.
The purpose of the Establishment Manager is: To create able and winning team members by training, hatting and correcting all new and existing staff on their jobs thus bringing about an organized, efficiently productive and viable group.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered in twenty-one course days (not consecutive unless otherwise specified) with one day on-site training in the practice.
FINAL PRODUCT: A trained staff member who is able to create winning team members by training, hatting and correcting all new and existing staff on their posts thus bringing about an organized, efficiently productive and viable group.
Power of Choice Program
After completing all prior programs, which takes 3-6 years, this “End Game” program fully establishes new leaders and executives in an efficient, well-organized and operational practice(s). This allows the owner to be on the Board of Directors, having new leaders working competently under him/her, all finances in order and the achievement of full “Power of Choice” over their time and money.
TRAINING & CONSULTING: This program is delivered over a two year period with several training sessions and follow-up, customized to the practice itself.
SPECIAL FEATURE: This program includes the establishments of an In-House Training Academy, where you can train your staff in-house on communication skills, and management in all its aspects.
PRE-REQUISITES: Referral Increase and Control Program, Effective Reimbursements Program, Management Program, Hiring and Retention Program, Financial Control Program, Public Relations and Marketing Program and the Establishment Manager Program.
FINAL PRODUCT: An established clinic to the point where the staff are "running the show", continuing to operate and expand the clinic, and where the owner(s) has had their time freed up while maintaining an appropriate income.
