Private Practice owners need only specify which area(s) of their practice they'd like help with. You are scheduled with an experienced practice consultant who helps analyze your situation. He or she looks not only at the symptoms, but also for fundamental causes and permanent remedies.

Whether you have an immediate crisis or are simply fine-tuning, the Courtesy Evaluation can be very useful.

If this consultation goes well and you are interested, your next step would be a low-cost Practice Analysis to fully explore your situation and possible permanent remedies. This lasts approximately one month.

The Practice Survival Test™ and Business Survival Test™ is another service done at our expense (no charge).

It is a very accurate analysis of the "vital signs" of a successful practice: financial stability, referrals, patient care and quality control, management, efficiency and any personal factors that can impact your ability to manage.
