Kimberly Wins With the Management Course

by on January 30, 2009 updated January 30, 2009

When I began the training with SSI I was running my practice intuitively. My decisions were based on subjective findings for staffing, budget, referrals, etc. I have learned the value of statistics and how they lend power to leadership & success. Mired in the throngs of the program/internship while also advancing clinically for CHT, it has not been until very recently that I’ve been able to actually assimilate what I have learned.

The results are an efficient clinic providing awesome service based on outcomes & patient surveys. While initially I felt that a remote consultant was not optimal for me, I have come to the conclusion that I truly have achieved and look forward to refining & customizing the tools I’ve gleaned. The SSI staff has been amazingly supportive & kind. I learned a great deal about myself, relationship and leadership that will generalize beyond my practice for virtually every area of life.
