		<description>I appreciated the simple and clear write-up for the Front Desk on Customer Service.  I was able to send it to my whole staff - both front desk and PT staff-  It says it better than I can preach it!  I am pleased that the response was positive, because we do about 90% of the techniques.   I complemented our staff , but  a reminder boost is always helpful.
